Inside Sales Support

**6 month contract, with possibility of extension**

Working exclusively with Canadian and international non-profit organizations, you and your teammates will coordinate the day-to-day business development for ST. Your role is to promote the success of the New Business department through administrative tasks surrounding outreach, marketing and results reporting.

You will contribute to a can-do, productive team environment that supports ST to achieve its strategic objectives and its mission as the premier provider of marketing services to the non-profit sector. And, as an ST insider, you’ll get an up-close look at agency life and the not-for-profit sector.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day management of Salesforce database
  • Develop detailed outreach strategies and schedules for particular outreach activities
  • Manage and perform e-blasts
  • Research contact information and keep Salesforce up to date
  • Support proposal and pitch activities
  • Assist with the development of marketing materials
  • Research and propose speaking opportunities for ST
  • Create monthly New Business reports and dashboards

Education & Experience:

  • University or college degree in Marketing or Sales
  • Non-profit experience an asset


  • Detailed understanding of Salesforce
  • Understand the general concepts of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) including sales, outreach and business analytics
  • Advanced Microsoft Office capabilities (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Understanding of marketing concepts such as brand management, outreach best practices, and business analytics
  • Numeracy with the ability to understand and report on statistics
  • Analytical skills
  • Proactive problem-solving capability
  • Ability to scheduling, writing and other admin tasks
  • Conceptual, creative thinker
  • Detail oriented
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication and presentation skills
